Mini Ballet – Ages 3.5 to 5

These introductory classes introduce young children to body awareness, rhythm, and the joy of moving to music. Through age-appropriate games, props, and simple routines, Mini Ballet builds the physical confidence and listening skills that prepare children for more structured dance training ahead.
Kids Ballet – Ages 5 to 8
(Beginner to Intermediate)
Young dancers begin learning foundational ballet positions, basic barre work, posture, and French terminology in a warm, encouraging environment. Classes blend structured technique with creative exploration to keep children engaged as their skills grow.
Teen Ballet – Ages 9 to 14
(Beginner & Experienced Welcome)
Older students develop more formal ballet technique through barre combinations, centre work, and adagio sequences. This level builds flexibility, alignment, and musicality while fostering discipline and artistic expression. Both beginners and students with prior experience are welcome.
Advanced Teen Ballet - Ages 11 to 14
Designed for dedicated students ready to elevate their training, this level focuses on refined technique, performance preparation, and choreography. Enrollment requires instructor approval based on demonstrated ability and commitment. This level prepares dancers for pointe readiness assessment.
Placement is at instructor discretion. Students may be assessed before placement in this level.
